01 / DOWNLOAD

Install Spokey Work

Download the Windows installer from this page and open it. Use your normal Windows account.

02 / CONNECT

Pair your staff account

Paste the one-time code from your manager. Already paired on this Windows account? Your saved pairing is reused.

03 / START

Choose your screen

Select the display you want to share, then click Start work. The app shows when sharing and recording are active.

Already using Spokey Work?

If you use the old standalone app, end work and close it. Install this version once, then use the new Spokey Work shortcut.

For later versions, open App updates → Check for updates → Update and restart. Updates wait until work is ended and timing records are synced. Sharing stays stopped after restart.

What does the app share?

When you click Start work, the app shares your selected screen and records work activity. Break, Windows lock and End work stop capture. Authorized managers can view work screens and recordings according to your workplace settings. Opening the app alone does not start sharing.

Windows shows a security warning

This release is not digitally signed. A download page does not remove Windows security warnings. Check with your manager before proceeding; do not disable antivirus or Windows protection.

Need help connecting?

Ask your manager for a fresh pairing code. For connection errors, use Copy diagnostics in the app. Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is required for screen recording and live video; the installer checks for it.
